Tent Rental Cancellation Policy for Storm and High Winds Alerts

At Party Rental Vazquez, the safety of our clients and their events is our top priority. For this reason, we have implemented the following policy in the event of severe weather conditions, such as storms or high winds:

Weather Alerts: If meteorological authorities issue a storm or high winds alert for the date and location of your event, we reserve the right to cancel the tent rental for safety reasons.

Cancellation Decision: The cancellation decision will be made by our team 24 hours before the event, based on the most updated weather forecasts. If weather conditions do not improve, we will contact you to inform you of the cancellation.

Refund or Rescheduling Options:

  • Full Refund: If the weather does not allow for the safe installation of the tents, we will offer a full refund of your deposit or any payment made.
  • Rescheduling: You will also have the option to reschedule your event to another available date at no additional cost.

Client Responsibility: We appreciate your understanding in situations beyond our control. We recommend having a backup plan in case of bad weather to ensure the success of your event.

Important Notice:

The prices listed for our various tent packages are valid only for installation on grass. If you wish to place the tents on asphalt, gravel, or cement, additional cement blocks will be required to secure the installation. An extra charge will apply for each cement block needed.
