General Safety Instructions

Constant Supervision:

  1. There should always be a responsible adult supervising the use of bounce houses and water slides.
  2. Active surveillance helps prevent accidents and ensures that rules are followed.
  3. It is important that the supervisor is familiar with the rules of use and ensures that they are followed.

Capacity Limits:

  1. Respect the capacity limits indicated on each piece of equipment. Avoid being overweight as it can cause damage to the equipment and increase the risk of injury.
  2. Do not exceed the capacity limit specified for each inflatable.

Recommended Ages:

  1. Separate children by age or size groups to reduce the risk of collisions. Young children should play separately from older children.

Use of Objects Prohibited:

  1. Toys, shoes, jewelry or sharp objects are not allowed inside the bounce houses or water slides.
  2. Prohibit food, drinks, and chewing gum inside the inflatable to avoid risks of suffocation or damage to equipment.

Climatic Conditions:

  1. Do not use the equipment in rain, strong winds (greater than 15 mph), or thunderstorms. Adverse weather conditions can compromise safety.
  2. Never use inflatables in the rain, as they can become slippery and dangerous.

Appropriate Clothing:

  1. All users must wear swimsuits or clothing suitable for water without metal elements such as buckles, buttons or zippers that could damage the material of the equipment.

Obstacle Free Zone:

  1. Make sure the area around the equipment is free of obstacles, such as furniture, rocks or branches, to avoid accidents.

Water Use:

  1. Always use clean water and ensure a constant water supply to prevent surfaces from drying out and becoming abrasive.
  2. Make sure children enter and exit the inflatable through designated areas to avoid unnecessary falls.

Additional Prohibitions:

  1. Do not allow jumping or pushing in wet areas, as surfaces can be extremely slippery.

Correct Anchoring:

Suitable Space:

  2. Make sure there is a safety margin around the equipment (usually 3-5 feet).

Energy source:

  1. Use certified extension cords and ensure blowers are connected to a stable power source.
  2. Keep electrical cords away from high traffic areas to avoid tripping over them.

Basic Electrical Safety Rules

Protection Against Moisture:
