For all tents installed on grass, stakes are required to safely secure the tent.
Before installation, the customer is responsible for ensuring that all underground utilities and private lines within the tent installation area are properly located and clearly marked. This includes:
The installation area must be properly marked before our crew arrives. Party Rental Vazquez cannot install stakes in an area where underground utilities or private lines have not been properly identified.
This requirement applies only to tents installed on grass with stakes. It does not apply to tent packages installed on concrete or asphalt using our concrete ballast system.
Tent Rental Cancellation Policy for Storm and High Winds Alerts
At Party Rental Vazquez, the safety of our clients and their events is our top priority. For this reason, we have implemented the following policy in the event of severe weather conditions, such as storms or high winds:
Weather Alerts: If meteorological authorities issue a storm or high winds alert for the date and location of your event, we reserve the right to cancel the tent rental for safety reasons.
Cancellation Decision: The cancellation decision will be made by our team 24 hours before the event, based on the most updated weather forecasts. If weather conditions do not improve, we will contact you to inform you of the cancellation.
Refund or Rescheduling Options:
Client Responsibility: We appreciate your understanding in situations beyond our control. We recommend having a backup plan in case of bad weather to ensure the success of your event.
