On Grass

We secure the tent with stakes.

Before we arrive, please locate and mark any underground lines: gas, electric, water, sewer, sprinklers and cable. Call 811 for free utility marking. We can’t stake an unmarked area.

On Concrete or Asphalt

No stakes needed. We anchor the tent with heavy concrete ballasts (90–100 lb each), already included in the concrete package price.

Perfect for driveways, parking lots and patios.

Delivery: not included in the package price. It’s calculated at checkout based on your event address. We serve Columbus, Bartholomew County, Edinburgh, Seymour, Nashville and nearby areas.

  We ordered a 20x40 tent with lights, tables, chairs, and linens for my daughter's wedding on Oct 10, 2026. Everyone was so helpful in helping us choose the right size tent and also in helping us by allowing us to make payments. Communication was excellent and the setup process was easy. All we had to do was set up the tables and chairs where we wanted them and then decorate. The tent was set up the day before the wedding giving us plenty of time to decorate. The people at this company were very friendly and confirmed several times to ensure the order was correct. I recommend this company above all others because of their affordable pricing, willingness to help in any way they can, and quality of their product and work. What size tent do I need for my party?

For 24 guests seated, a 10x20 works. For about 48 guests, go with a 13x27 or 20x20. For 72 to 96 guests, choose a 20x32 or 20x40. Not sure? Call us and we'll help you pick.

How far in advance should I book a tent?

As early as possible. Spring and summer weekends fill up first, especially during graduation season in April, May and June. Many customers reserve 4 to 8 weeks ahead.

How much does it cost to rent a tent in Columbus, IN?

Our tent packages start at $278 on grass, including tables, chairs and tent setup. Delivery is calculated by address.

Can you set up a tent on my driveway or parking lot?

Yes. On concrete or asphalt we use concrete ballasts instead of stakes. Just choose the concrete option of any package.

Do you set up the tables and chairs?

We install the tent and leave the tables and chairs stacked inside, so you can arrange them your way. Please re-stack them after your event. Want us to arrange and re-stack them for you? It's available for an extra fee. Just ask when you book.

When do you set up and take down the tent?

We install the tent before your event and take it down afterward. We'll confirm exact times with you before your event day.

Do I need to mark underground utilities?

For tents on grass, yes. Please have underground lines marked before we arrive. Call 811 for free utility marking. This doesn't apply to concrete installs.

What happens if there's a storm or high winds?

If a storm or high-wind alert is issued for your event, we may cancel up to 24 hours before for safety. You'll get a full refund or can reschedule at no extra cost.
